Barber. I should have known. jfg.

  • Sanjay Merchant

Interesting…. He wants to join the other Deadlies that have gotten loose in Widdershins? I had thought he was just setting up an eternal buffet for himself.

    • Nonesuch

0_0; Oh, dear. They’re scheming something, aren’t they? The Seven Deadly Sins have some big plan. This bodes ill, indeed…

  • Del

Oh dear…. I thought we just liked the Barber girls, and by a strange coincidence of story-telling, the Deadlies were getting loose.

But no….. the Deadlies are USING the Barber Sisters to join together in the material realm. Perhaps a spiritual family can’t have their reunion without a material family to host them?

This is getting better! Meanwhile…. lighting my pipe and hoping for more of Harry and Sid.

      she’s a Barber girl.. in a barber world~ life with magic~ it’s fantastic~

      • Me-me

Come on Barber, let’s fight harder!

    • Tsapki

I personally think it might be more of taking advantage of auspicious circumstances. Greed, Pride and Sloth all seem to have been released by events that the Barber’s had very little control in, though they certainly were present each time. But I am sure time will tell. Looking forward to it.

  • wanderingdreamer

So, anyone remember how many Barber siblings there are? Please tell me there aren’t 7 and each of them is going to have to learn how to deal with these nasties on the fly….

    • Stretch Longfellow

      Just the three, I believe.

      • Sanjay Merchant

I count five, actually: Harriet (the treasure hunter), Florrie (the lord’s wife), Nicola (the police officer), Nora (the hotel maid), and an as-of-yet unnamed Barber brother. And that’s not even accounting for any cousins and aunts that might be introduced.

        • wanderingdreamer

So that’s enough for everyone to get at least one adventure and then a big ole’ crossover/team-up for the final one yeah? :D

          • Sanjay Merchant

            I like your thinking. :-)

        • Those are just the one’s we’ve seen. There are a potentially infinite number of Barbers, most of which exist in a state of flux until the presence of an observer causes their quantum wave-form to collapse.

        • According to the notes in the back of Sleight of Hand the Barber brother is called Edmund. He trained Gren.

theres harry florie the cop one and the this one so far so four girls no clue if there are any boys

I wonder what Gluttony’s breath smells like! Does it even have a “breath smell”?

    • Consider Panel Three…

      • Odo

Judging from Alexa’s reaction… breath is at 11 on the 1 to 10 putrid scale.

        • reynard61

Perhaps that can be cured with a a tiny, thin mint

(Warning: A bit of gore at the end.)

      • Sanjay Merchant

Hard to tell if Alexa’s reacting to the smell or the spittle.

  • billydaking

    NOW he’s monologuing. :-)

Though I may be putting my dough into something that will come to naught…..
A circle within a circle essentially turns the hotel into a doughnut.
Put Nora in the “hole” and she is outside the hotel.

    • Me-me

At a guess, I’d say only if you turn the “containing” runes inside out, put them on the outside of your circle, and make them “warding” runes.

    • davidbreslin101

You are wise in the ways of cakeromancy!

  • l33tninja

Ok so maybe someone already said this, but can you say Pizza the Hutt? Anyone? Yes? Buehler? Hello? Is this thing on? (chirp chirp)
