You think you’re all that, Harriet Barber, but you’re not!

The Kickstarter campaign for Widdershins is now up and running! Help us fund the next book! Click for more information on the lovely stuff you can get for pledging!

    Cut to Sidney reading.

      Perfect!

Rot the mind they do! XD

Always told my teachers no good would come from me reading.

Er, could you improve your archives, please? I tend to go on binges where I catch up on webcomics, and your navigation either lets me go to the very beginning of a storyline (where I have to work my way forward or backward one strip at a time), or the latest comic. Makes it really hard to find a particular point. I can’t even fiddle with the URL to jump by several strips at once, since it’s not simply numbered. :(

I don’t recall ever having this problem with Drakkon, because I once went back and saved every thread Zathras was in (’cause he’s awesome).

The worst bit (that many webcomics do) is I can’t even skip the guest art in the archives. I want to see YOUR stuff ’cause I think you draw very well, and fanart tends to be like fanfics – there’s some gems, but it’s mostly… questionable.

    • Hi, thanks for reading! I’m not really sure how I can make it so you can bring up a particular page without bookmarking it or something- Darken was arranged pretty much the same, it was presented in chapters you can get to individually by the archive page. If you let me know what exactly you’re after, I can try to work something out!

I’d really like to move all of the guest art to its own page, but the usual wordpress gallery plugins just aren’t working for me, and it’s a pain. I’ve really got to figure something out for that.. Guest art is only ever at the end of a story, though, if you’d like to skip it you can just pick the next story from the archive page. I was careful to make sure there’s no filler during the stories themselves.

As soon as I can figure out how to make it so, the fanart will be on its own page!

    =[ I don’t have a credit card, so can’t help with the Kickstarter…
I do want the second book. =[

    • It’ll be available on the shop via paypal like the first one, and if you’re british, I’ll have it at cons and such :)

EDIT: Oh duh, replied without looking at your name, hi Yoeri! It’ll be on the shop, no fear!

      • Yoeri

        Thanks! ^-^

Is there any way I can buy your books as epubs? I prefer to read on my laptop rather then on dead trees when I have the option, but would love to support your Darken and Widdershins. Both have bought so much job into my life! And considering I’ve just finished reading the archives for this for the fourth time, I really feel I ought to buy them… ;-)

    • Aw, glad you like ’em :) I’ll put PDFs for sale when I’ve finished up the second volume, and one for Darken when I’m done with Volume One. Hope that’ll do!

      • Killersquirrel66

PDF’s would definitely be better than paper – I’m going to be at uni next year (if all goes to plan) so I’m trying to avoid stuff I’ll have to pack/carry. Hopefully by the time you put them out I will have a job and will be able to blow a few pay checks on downloading your stuff. Thanks again for the amazing comics!

Where does all this stuff GO?

Books rot the mind… read webcomics, instead!

  • Percabeth_trash

I’ve been rewatching Kim Possible lately and found myself laughing so hard at the caption that I fell off my sofa :D

    • Three years later, and someone finally got it :D

  • This guy

    Oh you know those books,
So unhealthy, what could one possibly learn from that sort of thing?
