The blond guy reminds me of the ’80’s guy from Futurama.

    • Del

I think he’s about to remember that he forgot to cure his bonitus!

Absinthe makes the heart grow fonder… or something like that. Just don’t drink the dregs of the bottle – or was it the first drink?

    • Chug

      If it’s home-made, it’s the first drink.

  • Sir_Krackalot

Ah, Micheal MacFinnigan. Your name shall never be forgotten.

  • Its a flash-vout (“vin” and “vout” being the standard terms for the two extra directions you get with a 4-dimensional universe).

    • Alex Hollins

i always liked ana and kata.

      • Tux

Same. The Greeks provided a good enough “add” and “remove” for that idea. O’course, if you want to be linguocentric, you could just say “flash-addward” or “flash-subtractward” or some other such nonsense.

  • It’s a flashsideways.

That just made me think that maybe they’ll be able to sneak something poisonous into the supplies-list. Or several things that mix. It certainly seems that the only way the boss-lady knows what’s going on is from the maids, and Alexa’s converting one of those.

    • SoItBegins

      Hmmm. A mickey? Clever.

      • Qwertystop

Or a poisoned muffin, or something in the meat, or any other dish.

        • SoItBegins

Of course. But a mickey’s the most glamorous.

      • David Argall

Clever, but quite possibly not at all smart. It’s hard to see how this can play out without somebody very powerful, and nasty, being very mad at them. Whether our boys are bosses or messenger boys, they report to other people who will ask “where’s the money?”. And they will get very annoyed with the girls. Maybe the payoff is big enough, but if the hotel doesn’t interfere, as it likely will, our girls will be rich for the rest of their lives, which is also the bad news.

  • Sanjay Merchant

Silly Red Tie Guy, don’t you know that handcuffing a briefcase to your wrist in the world of organized crime is just an invitation to get your hand cut off?

  • David Argall

Hmm… My theory that the cooks are selected for sins as well as for cooking skills gains evidence. If so, some virtue may be the way out.

  • rainycity1

ooh, ooh! I see where they are! (the fact that I recognize this pleases me far more than is really warranted…)
